Structuring and international tax advice required and introductions to professional firms made.  Loan solution achieved with pricing of 2.5% above Base Rate and a 1% fee on a five year interest only facility.

 

South African Domicile UK Resident Entrepreneur – Financed a Prime Central London apartment, being acquired via a Jersey Trust.  A package of property finance and Lombard Loan against an existing investment portfolio was obtained at exceptional pricing of 2.2% all in with a flat £5k arrangement fee.
