Hong Kong Residents - Financed a Prime Central London residential property purchase of £8.5m with a combination of direct loan finance and the raising of equity from an existing property valued at £5m. Hong Kong resident clients requiring a loan of up to 60% of the combined values to be drawn in a combination of GBP and US$. Structuring and international tax advice required and introductions to professional firms made. Loan solution achieved with pricing of 2.5% above Base Rate and a 1% fee on a five year interest only facility.
South African Domicile UK Resident Entrepreneur – Financed a Prime Central London apartment, being acquired via a Jersey Trust. A package of property finance and Lombard Loan against an existing investment portfolio was obtained at exceptional pricing of 2.2% all in with a flat £5k arrangement fee.

UK Resident Entrepreneurial Couple – Financed the purchase of a €3m luxury villa in Mallorca. Clients purchased the property off-plan as a 2nd home in the sun. A competitive traditional mortgage was obtained ensuring a smooth purchase on the agreed completion date.

Commercial Property Development Finance – Financed a £13m facility to enable a client / business owner to purchase and develop a retail distribution centre on the M25 near London. Purchase was via a Jersey Company and a competitive package of finance was achieved by leveraging off of other Offshore Company assets, within the structure.
Multiple Buy to Let Finance for an Offshore Trust – Financed the acquisition of 19 London buy to let apartments for a UK Healthcare Group, looking to diversify its asset portfolio into residential property. Total finance of £6m (60% loan to value) at pricing of 3.25% above Base Rate.
Residential Development Finance – Financed the re-development of a large historical London residential building for a Hong Kong resident, whose existing Private Bank withdrew from the lending market. A competitive finance package was obtained that took into account a future liquidity event (the sale of the client’s Hong Kong property).
